Farmers Market is Opening!!
If we have learned anything during this COVID-19 quarantine and pandemic it is the importance of food safety, security, and availability. The best thing we can do is buy local, buy small. Many people have started a garden this year for the first time, others are expanding their gardens.
There is a good possibility you may have extra produce. Why not bring it to the Elmwood Park on Saturday mornings? Get out and see people, socially distancing of course, and make a little extra money.
If you are like me you usually buy items from other vendors and it's really a trade. BUT, it was a great way to earn a little side money also.
We have even started a Facebook group and it will be a great place for both vendors and shoppers to stay connected.
So far we have been hearing people are looking for
If you have any of the above please consider stopping by on Saturday mornings at 8:00 am. There is no commitment to stay the whole time. Stay until you sell out. Which may only be an hour in some cases.
