Family Melodrama at the Lofte
Manley, NE [April 15, 2016] - The Lofte Community Theatre announces that it will have a one-night only Melodrama event on Saturday, April 30 at 7pm. “Another Kennedy in the White House,” sees the President trying to force Jack off of his land and Jill into his heart. This is typical melodrama fare with a villain, hero and beautiful ingenue.
During its formative years, melodramas were a popular ticket at the Lofte. Now during its 40th season, the Lofte is bringing back this special family friendly event for just one night. Reserved seats are available for only $10. Tickets will also be available at the door. Directed by Lofte President Jeff Johnston, this production is sure to be lots of fun.
