Birk Baker tagged along with Senator Bill Kintner as he was reaching out to his constituents to let them know what he's been up to lately. He also asked what I thought. I felt obliged to let him know and an hour later they were able to sneak out the front door when I took a breath. It was such a hot day that they were glad to come into the air conditioning though. It was good to get to know him. I don't think we've ever had a senator in our living room before. Once we had a Diretv salesman...that didn't work out so well.
